Speakers announced for YES Airmanship Day


Malcolm McBride, author of the popular Safety Spot column in Light Aviation, will be amongst the speakers at the Airmanship Awareness Day, scheduled for April 28 at the Brooklands Museum, Weybridge, Surrey. Malcolm will speak on the LAA continuing airworthiness system and what happens when something goes wrong.


Also lined up are Nigel Reid, the DH Moth Club  Safety Officer, ex RAF Jaguar pilot and now a 747 captain with BA.

 

Mike Bagshaw, flying instructor,  Professor of aviation medicine, and author of the book Human Factors. David Scouller, CAA Flying instructor examiner, who lectures on twin engine safety, aircraft performance, EASA licensing, differences training, navigation, and CRM.

 

And last but not least event organiser Stewart Luck, long-time member of the PFA/LAA with 20,000 hours total time, much of it instructing and examining on light aircraft.
