You need to book a slot to fly in.

Detailed joining instructions and an illustrated arrivals and aerodrome guide are available here on AIC Yellow 057 / 2016

Aircraft staying overnight - please display a large letter C on a sheet of paper to marshallers during taxying.

Disabled persons requiring special handling should display a large letter D on a sheet of paper to marshallers during taxying in order to gain assistance after parking.

No arrivals between 15:00 and 17:59 - these slots are therefore unavailable for booking.

Please note : Slot times are local time. This slot system is not a strict or rigid system but is aimed at creating a safe and steady flow of traffic and providing AFIS with aircraft details thereby acting as a booking in system. Pilots are requested to try and adhere to their slots. If weather or unserviceability on the day affects that slot and a new one is required, please telephone Sywell AFIS to re-arrange your slot.

All flights from outside the UK Mainland must submit a General Aviation Report either by email or fax (+44 1604 499210) to Sywell Tower 4 hours in advance for EU flights or 12 hours for flights arriving from outside the EU. This is to meet Customs and Immigration requirements.
