It’s LAA Rally booking time again and we look forward to seeing you at Rally 2019 for another successful three days of fun, friendly atmosphere and above all, successful trading.

Please check with LAA HQ for availability of exhibition space. We will try to accommodate your requirements where possible.
Exhibitor Opening times
Vehicles will not be permitted on the Exhibition site during opening hours unless they form part of your outside display (motorhome or similar). Access for loading and unloading will be:
Thursday 29th August : 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm
Friday 30th August : 7.45 am to 9.15 am and from 5.00 pm
Saturday 31st August: 7.45 am to 9.15 am and from 5.00 pm
Sunday 1st September: 7.45 am to 9.15 am and from 4.15 pm.
Please note that it contravenes health & safety regulations to dismantle stands including the removal of displays whilst the public are still in the marquees. Therefore exhibitors are not to break down their stand until after 4pm on the Sunday.
Public Opening times
Friday 30th August: 09.30 am to 5.00 pm
Saturday 31st August: 09.30 am to 5.00 pm
Sunday 1st September: 09.30 am to 4.00 pm
On Site and Advertising
Exhibitors are reminded that company flags and banners are to be kept within the confines of the space booked and not placed around the site without prior permission.
Any additional banners/flags around the site area carrying advertising for a company or product can be placed at a cost of £60.00 to include a maximum of 2 x flags around the site and 1 x banner along the railings. If more flags/banners are required £60.00 charge will apply.
