In line with Government requirements the LAA offices are closed until further notice, with all staff members working from home. We will make any subsequent decision to reopen the office based on NHS England advice.

 

The LAA HQ staff are continuing to deal with incoming postal correspondence and e-mails. We are maintaining our service to members in areas such as Membership Renewals, Permit Renewals and Modification Approvals.

 

Some activities such as NPPL licensing and Permit First Issues requiring CAA input, may be delayed by a similar lockdown at the CAA Gatwick offices.
